Like 1) do we need to meditate under the guidance of a guru 2) is it normal to feel sad after a meditation session during initial stage ? If yes, how long will it happen ? 3) is ear ringing normal during this journey ? 4) where to find gurus if needed ? 5) your personal journey, if you felt the need of guru, if you felt sad, etc ?
